Here’s a poem dedicated to a friend of mine…(you probably know if you’d read my recent posts):
I remember when we first met
My heart would flutter with excitement
My eyes would twinkle, as you told me
And then we danced the night away
You’re the one I want
The one I need
The one for me
It’s impossible for me to be away
“If I can’t hear your heartbeat, you’re too far away”
When we are seperated
I can barely breathe
But when your with me
It not much different
I won’t forget you
If we ever depart
So please don’t leave me
I’d cry
I’d sob
I’d sniffle
What would I do without you in my life?
Well, when you’re gone
I guess you can also say bye to me forever
Cause I can’t live without my love by my side
I can’t believe
I could even meet someone as good as you
There ain’t anyone out there
That would suit me like you would
The reason for all these words
That I put in this little rhyme (though it doesn’t rhyme)
Is because:
